Been listening to a lot of Swans recently. Their new album is a little more accessible than The Seer and To Be Kind but I'd still consider it to be rather difficult for most people. I listened to some of their earlier output yesterday and it might've actually given me a headache.
I still can't really get into Soundtracks for The Blind, I love some specific songs from it like Helpless Child and The Sound but some songs test my patience. A few songs on The Seer are a bit grating for me as well. Anyway, pretty great band.

try listening to 417a1 by rangerbts. it's a minute-long experimental song made outside of beepbox i got hooked up on for a while.

i listen to a lot of the olivia tremor control. both of their albums have these really long ambient section, like, 9+ minutes long. check them out, they're my personal favorite band.
