i don't have much experience with us law but from what i hear the americans with disabilities act mandates that a commercial party makes best attempt to provision their building structures for those with disabilities but also to make websites accessible to all. also, i would assume they would fine the st at worst, rather than sue. as a result, the charge is either fixed or on a percentage based on revenue (or in the case of gdpr, both). i would assume ada is a fixed fine basis so for someone like microsoft, much like with data protection act, not complying would be less expensive than complying since the cost would be a slap on the wrist. this part is only speculation and i would like someone to clarify if my theory is correct. in either case, look up on the act

That's a nice idea! Especially since June 28 2023 Scratch is changing the navbar from blue to purple.
