In October of 2003, the earliest known dedicated Scratch website was created, which has, thankfully, been partially archived by the WayBack Machine here. However, quite a few files, such as the actual downloads to the versions and sample projects, as well as most images in the Pictorial Guide, were unarchived, and are thus lost. However, using the available version of Scratch11Oct03 for Windows and the October 2004 Mac build of Scratch, I've restored what I believe to be both Scratch version downloads, for Windows and Mac alike. Additionally, I have also included a modified folder of sample projects to remove those that were created later than October 2003, in both .zip and .sit file formats, as the original site contained. I have put all of these things up on my GitHub here. Any help with further restoration/recreation of the website would be greatly appreciated!

This webpage (see here) from Nov 2002 is older but it has almost nothing on it (the sidebar is for the LLK website)

Forgot about that page! Doesn't have much useful info though, as you said. Also, the full, uncropped version of the 2002 Scratch logo has been uncovered, by using the metadata of the current image to reverse-engineer the original.
