Which operating system are you using, as well as the version? What happens when you try using it?

Do you have any extensions on? If so maybe turn off and try again.

Make a new topic for this, can you send the link to the url that you tried downloading it from, sending screenshots, and stating which Adobe Air version you installed if you could install a version?
