What is the actual rarest block in Scratch? I can't seem to find the answer. Is there even a rarest block?

There is no rarest block, because all blocks can be created and backpacked an infinite number of times. But, the technical answer is blocks for changing specific variables, because there are quadrillions (probably way way more) possible variable names, having any random keyboard-smash variable name is technical the rarest block.

Do you mean the least used block?
Also, there are a few removed ones that are still here, but yeah.

Excluding custom blocks, variables, extensions, and JSON editing, it would probably be the “forever if” C block
(This was removed in Scratch 2.0 because it was unnecessary)

Well if it doesn't exist anymore then I don't think that should be counted

THERE MOST RARE BLOCK IS RED HACKED BLOCK AND UNDEFINED BLOCKIf you're talking about the Undefined Hat Block, then it's easy to obtain, but if you're talking about this one:
undefined ::undefinedThen that block disappears when loaded into 3.0, so I don't think it counts.
Also, would this count hacked or undefined blocks, or what?

They probably mean everything in the Data category. And even if they didn't list it, I don't think that would count because it's still the list reporter block, even if you put a different name.Excluding custom blocks, variables, extensions, and JSON editing, it would probably be the “forever if” C blockNo, it would be this (you never said lists):

If we're counting extensions here, probably the micro:bit blocks or the Force and Acceleration blocks

Anyway, I think the only reason Makey Makey is used at this point is because of the reporter dropdown thing LOL
