Also, I think this is due to those changes they've recently made. Though maybe clarify for the original poster because they'll say “it is moderated” or something.

I've heard many stories about users getting banned/muted when sharing that info, so no, I wouldn't.

as for posting links to usernames or accounts, i wouldn't. but i am sure you can put roblox usernames, since i did once and did not receive any warnings.

You need to be a little careful there — not all platforms with “moderated chat” are allowed. One could make the argument that being a moderator on their Discord server means that their Discord server has “moderated chat” — but that doesn't make it allowed.

This reasoning you have to be careful with, too — it's entirely possible that you got no warnings just because the Scratch Team didn't see you share your username.

That being said, last I checked, posting Roblox usernames is allowed.

moderated is chat that censor innapropriate language and hurtful words

I’m pretty sure Roblox’s moderators are censoring the words to prevent adult content or swearing, like Scratch’s forums.

If it contains anything that would break Scratch’s Community Guidelines, then I’d say no.
