As you can see, I'm interested in Taiko Drum Master. It's an interesting Japanese drumming game, which has been part of many collabs with other franchises, such as MarioKart Arcade GP DX. Here's it's Wikipedia intro:

Taiko no Tatsujin (太鼓の達人), literally translating to English as Taiko Master, is a series of rhythm games created by Namco. In the games, players simulate playing a Taiko drum in time with music. The series has released games for the arcade and for console and mobile platforms including PlayStation 2, Advanced Pico Beena, PlayStation Portable, Nintendo DS, Wii, Nintendo 3DS, Wii U, PlayStation Vita, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, iOS, Android and Japanese Feature phones.

It has many interesting characters, but the main two are Don-chan & Katsu-chan.

I wish I could actually play the game because it's had some really neat songs on it, like the Karl Ojisan song and the Tensai Bakabon theme. It looks super fun!

This topic is back open, since I reported it to be re-opened.

Taiko no Tatsujin: Drumming Session (PlayStation 4) and Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum'n'Fun (Nintendo Switch) are confirmed to be released on North America and Europe on November 2nd.

Bumping this because TnT definitely deserves more attention.

i found this video (on the game ofc) of a 7 year old being an absolute pro at this game. this is actually a common occurence (kids being pros at rhythm games) in japan, and not just taiko! (yes, i know kinda offtopic but since I don't play it myself i have no other contributions)
