A guy has actually managed to recreate a bit of ut, BluePheonix25.
Also comments being locked is probably because it won't get shoved into one notification.
Also I forgor, my bad scampton.
Also honestly it's still better that it won't end up as a Cyberpunk 2077 (Whatever that game is, all I heard is it was buggy on release)

Try using an alt account and comment on your profile multiple times. You only see 1 notification about forums, meanwhile due to the comment preview, comments are seperated.
Probably are comments considering he doesn't have his project comments off.
Although it's probably something else, like you said.
(Also having an empty about me and WIWO(What Im Working On) is actually not much considering how many people keep 'em empty.)
