About 2-3 weeks, but you have to be active.

You need to be active on scratch for 2 weeks to become a scratcher. Join some studios, Create some projects. and share some projects. You will then be given a notification from scratch on more info. If you haven't verified your email you need to do that. Being active in forms is not required as I have been on scratch for over 3 years and have only posted a couple posts.

It is completely dependent on your activity. The best way to becoming a Scratcher in no time is to share projects, love & favorite a bunch of people's projects, commenting on the forums frequently, and commenting on people's projects. You also need to have a verified email in order to become a Scratcher. The average amount of time it takes to become a Scratcher is 2-4 weeks.

It's not- You do have to share 2 projects, and comment stuff, and bla bla bla, but it's also required that your account is 2 weeks old.

The exact criteria for becoming a scratcher is unknown, however as this article says you need to share two projects and have your account be at least two weeks old (All this has been stated before, just emphasizing it!)
