probably about borderline personality disorder. i wont go into much detail but i do know that the rapid mood swings associated with bpd do fit with the first part of the chorus at least.
some people often get bpd confused with bipolar disorder and i see theories about it being about bipolar, but the major difference is that bpd swings are very frequently switching while bipolar swings can last weeks or more, even with rapid switching bipolar (i think thats what its called).

If you like breakcore & rap, I would recommend some of Dennoko-P's work. Their songs tend to be really experimental ans they definitely aren't for everyone, but there's some really neat stuff in there. Specifically, I would recommend I Cry and Sigh Overnight (not throwing a 180 at you, first ~20 seconds is all build up).

If you like metal (just assuming you like harsher sounds), check out Yuyoyuppe & Utsu-P.

Vocaloid and related voice synth music aren't really a genre, it's a piece of software & an online music scene! You can make basically anything if you can make your way around the different programs

lol, I think that a lot of voice synth fans go through a bit of a phase where they avoid western work but get over it once they find a producer they like or smthn :p /lh
