I'm using Scratch without an account and in a Chromebook and when I try to “Save File to Computer” I get an error that it was not able to download the file. Is it possible to save scratch projects into a Chromebook? Thanks

I don’t think chromebook supports .sb3
I have the same problem when I was using opera gx

I'm pretty sure you need the offline editor for downloading projects, so if you don't have it, then get it I guess.

Edit: The above post says that chromebooks can't download sb3 files, so that could be(and probably is) it.

What was the error that it was giving you, and can you press the globe icon? Fourth one from the right just below the New Reply area.

Never mind the system administrator got it to work. He told me it was a setting blocking downloads by students. It's been fixed now. Thanks!

you can download .sb3s using chromebooks

you can download .sb3s using chromebooks

Then it’s probably a download block
But opera gx didn’t let me download sb3 files (happens on mobile)
