Exactly! No one on scratch is allowed to use the cloud chat part. That's what I'm doing, and I'm even going out of my way to hide everything the best I can.

Exactly! No one on scratch is allowed to use the cloud chat part. That's what I'm doing, and I'm even going out of my way to hide everything the best I can.

Just because you are hiding it does not make it allowed. Turbowarp still uses Scratch. And you are technically still uploading a cloud chat onto Scratch.

The best way to hide it is to delete all the “hidden” code in the first place. I think we're making it clear when we say that what you are proposing does not seem allowed if you plan to share this project on the Scratch website.

Eventually, somebody will find out what the project does and use it for CG-breaking purposes

That would be a ban for the project owner because they created a method for cloud chatting inside the project, even if it relies on TurboWarp

I think that block is enough of a hint, so I don't think that would be allowed.
