Why are the project comments turned off worldwide right now?

Ok, I went to go comment on a project and it said that all project comments are turned off but will be back soon, but I really just wanna know why-

I believe it might be the issues that have been happening with comments recently.

I guess that could be a reason, but what's weird is that profile and studio comments are still open, but project comments arn't, so its probably just a glitch that scratch is trying to fix rn-

Yeah, I've seen topics about the fact that it would say “Oops! Something went wrong posting your comment” when posting a comment (luckily I could easily copy and paste what it said because I had a tab open of a project before it was closed, causing an error when posting a comment and due to a userscript that I have, the favicons on 3.0 and 2.0 pages appear different), and I, along with some others (not sure if I'm remembering right but I remember it happening to others), could replicate an issue where comments would show up in messages, but not the project page until a new comment was made there.
Also, that message also appeared earlier this year when comments were in maintenance previously.

It just is Scratch Team doing this to fix some things. It is maintenance work as I am aware so there is no need to worry
