Scratch allows posting though. So why not make it possible for a Scratch YouTube feature if possible? I don't think this should be rejected because it allows people to help others with posting tutorials on Scratch.

Yeah thing is though youtube and scratch are two different platforms for two different things and I think it should be kept that way. and like I said the OP makes it seem that the only reason they want this feature is for underage people to post videos, that seems odd and doesnt fit with scratch

It's okay.

In what I mean to this solution, we should also have moderation for the feature if the scratcher wants a Scratch YouTube to be added by ST, so that way, nobody breaks the Community Guidelines there.

or do you want to be able to suggest videos to be added to the tutorial tab
EX: I suggest a scratch tutorial I like on youtube in hopes it gets added to the tutorial tab

Yeah, I like your example of how it works there, but a mock-up might do the trick. But that might need to be suggested in a separate topic.

What I mean is a kid-friendly and user-friendly Scratch version of YouTube should be added under the statement of Scratch Team considering to implement a fully functional forums YouTube discuss player link. So why not implement a whole different website based off YouTube and suggesting it to Google? This would make tutorials go through a lot faster instead of making a separate video on YouTube about them if beginners don't know how to make YouTube videos or aren't allowed to.

They are also here to teach people about how they are rejected and the optional suggestions that could not be rejected.
