How strict should I be on this?
I'm making a WW2 game, which is like a game called Hearts of Iron IV. When you click on a country, the diplomacy menu opens. Like Hearts of Iron, I want to display a portrait of the leader, and their name. But then I have Germany, and it's leader at the time. How should I do this, do I need to put a black box over his face or can I display his whole face?

I think you should play it safe and censor the face. Otherwise, it might cross the community guidelines.

Some may be able to argue that it's educational since you're using real portraits and names of various leaders. Scratch allows for educational content, even if the content itself may break the CG.
Posting a wound would break the rules, but if it's mostly educational and shares important facts and names of the various parts of the wound along with its medical name, it could be considered to be allowed since it's educational.
It's difficult to decide if it's truly allowed, so someone such as that former Scratch team member who is active on the forums and I forgot the name of could probably answer the question with a bit of certainty.

There's nothing inappropriate about the German leader of that time's face. lol I think it should be fine. His name is Adolf Hitler. He was the leader of the Nazis. He decided to kill millions of Jewish people just because they're Jewish (people can't control their race so they're basically innocent)

I know who they are talking about and what Hitler has done already. But it should be fine to post his picture of his face. They just need to not be racist themselves. Note: I don't support HitlerYou can only post pictures of Hitler if there is a clear educational/historical context from doing so. But, for example, you can't set your profile picture to Hitler's face, even if you don't say anywhere that you support him.

You can only post pictures of Hitler if there is a clear educational/historical context from doing so.Alright, I guess this settles it. The game has a clear historical context (WW2 game), so it is alright to include Hitler's face.

That also concludes pfp of the flag, right?
Also, this doesn’t mean I support Hitler for his actions.
Does that also conclude his flag? Someone used to put his party flag as their pfp.I know who they are talking about and what Hitler has done already. (#18)I doubt that's allowed, and you should report that user. It's a symbol of hate.

They were reported for using it after I saw their profile, I might’ve reported it but I got banned after saying something bad that meant to take back.
