Ya, at the pack store, there is a section where you can buy various mario tunes. Ones from all the mainline marios (being SMB1, 2 and 3, SML 1 and 2, SMW, all NSMBs,SM64, SMS, SMG1 and 2, SM3DL and W, SMO, Bowser's Fury, the Luigi's Mansion games, and The Super Mario Bros. Movie).

Okay, but scratch really doesn't care about copyright on anything exept other scratch projects. Music from many places is used all the time. A quote from Will_Wam, “If you were thinking of reporting this for copyright infringement, keep in mind the only things I used from Nintendo are art and music (and level design I guess), which people on Scratch do all the time! I talked to a Scratch Team member about it, and it's fine.”
