I know how to get the block but I don’t know how to make it actually run in my project. Any suggestions?

Just place the block under any hat block?

To make the block run in a project, place it under any hat block you want.
Certain example:

when green flag clicked
speak (hello)

I was confused for a second until I remembered that not just ScratchX has a text to speech thing.
If the above thing does not work, please send the link to the project so we figure out the problem.

You can color the extensions by adding “::extension” as the category.
