can I do scratch on iPhone?
yes you can do scratch on your iphone or any mobile device. Some projects will not work though because they are meant for computers. so if you are on a iphone the only projects that work are the mobile friendly ones.

Additionally, some features will not be available on an iPhone. For example, you can’t see the remix button on a project unless you turn the phone horizontally. And doing basically anything on a phone is really, really difficult when it comes to Scratch. I would personally suggest sticking with a computer. yes you can do scratch on your iphone or any mobile device. Or unless you switch to computer mode, but i don't know if Safari has that feature. Scratch isn't designed for phones: the screen would be too small or very cluttered, lack of a keyboard and mouse, etc. Switch to a computer if you have one, just like Silverus said.Additionally, some features will not be available on an iPhone. Yes, but there’s no app, and in 2010, Apple took off a Scratch app from the App Store.

can I do scratch on iPhone?
Yes, but it’s gonna be veeeeeery hard. I use iPad and have to skip through non-mobile-friendly games and replace controls or look in backdrops for non-mobile-friendly presentations.

Yes. You can use the website version which means you can go to scratch on mobile.

It will be quite challenging, as using iPad and need to navigate past games and presentations that are not optimized for mobile devices. you will often have to adjust controls or search for alternative options to access these non-mobile-friendly features.

that's only on very very old phones, my phone runs faster than my pc (when it comes to cpu) for some reasonAnd more complex projects can just refuse to load. Yes, I actually use Scratch on my phone but the only downside is that it's too small and gonna lag
It's possible to do it, but it's very difficult. You must zoom out if you're using the browser. I was able to edit and test some scripts on my phone once while I was helping someone during a vacation I had.

Yes, Safari has that feature (at least on IPads. I think phones might have it too, but it mihght be a little wonky).Or unless you switch to computer mode, but i don't know if Safari has that feature. …Anyways, you CAN use a phone to access scratch, but it won't perform as well as using Scratch on a computer. Additionally, the editor looks very weird on a phone, so it wouldn't be smart to edit projects on one.
