Rizz is derrived from the word charismatic, and is mainly used to describe a persons attractiveness to other people (like a persons ability to make other people like them romantically). However, there is barely any context you could use it in that it would be innapropriate. Here are some common examples;

W rizz
L rizz

These comments would be replies to a message, for example if somebody said a pickup line or something and it worked, you could respond “W rizz” meaning “You're good at attracting people”. This is a compliment, and the pickup line would be the only possibly inappropriate part of this conversation.
“L rizz” means the opposite, so that is a bad context. However, there is no easy workaround to this statement, so by simply blocking the phrase “L rizz” you could eliminate a possible negative use of the word “rizz”.

Here's an example of how I found the phrase was banned:

Person: hi I'm a stop sign, im here to stop ya.
Me (blocked): Reverse rizz

In this context, I was saying that the person was using a kind of reverse pickup line, so I responded with a funny reply with the word rizz. It was not offensive or inappropriate from what I perceive.

Yes, there is a specific website that gives a definition involving a curse word, but that is an extreme way of defining the phrase, and is not always the way the word is used.

They are kind of weird phrases, not phrases that I commonly use, but in sarcasm they can be funny.

Interesting, but I thought that if used in a context where you're not directly using it by definition (for example calling somebody attractive, or using a pickup line) which is the more common usage of the phrase from what I've seen, that it wouldn't be banned. Thanks

Scratch is for all ages and most certainly talks about that word could lead to very inappropriate talks. That is something (young) adults would do and definitely not a 8 year old as scratch is targeted to kids around 8 - 16 years old.
