No, it adds pixels making higher quality images
Then why not just make the already existing projects have more pixels? that seems like a useful feature in general, there is still no reason to limit it to art…

Unless this is suggesting to give the 5 megabytes of json file size to the art? if so, that would actually make sense (except for the fact that you could easily workaround the 10 mb limit by using multiple sprites and splitting the art in half, quads, eights, and so on)

Because scratch has hard times rendering big game projects otherwise
