What happens when a Scratcher gets IP banned, and then they use a VPN to change their IP address, and every time they get IP banned, they can just use their VPN to change their IP address (yet again) in order to make another account, rinse and repeat. Can the Scratch Team do anything about this?

A cookie ban maybe? I'm not sure if Scratch has this or if this is an actual term.

The ST currently is banning VPN IPs that people tried to use to get around their bans. I once turned on a popular VPN, tried to load into the Scratch website, and was met with an IP ban screen. I suppose at some point, the ST would have banned all of the IPs that are allocated to the VPN services.
