I am a new Scratcher, and I keep thinking: “How do you get a lot of followers?”

If anyone has an answer, reply to this thing, and type your answer.

Be more active in the community and make sure to be nice. Do not cheat your fame (like make exploits to be on the front page) as that can make less people follow you. Only advertise your projects in studios/projects that allow advertising.

But if you think about it. Followers are just useless numbers and are not needed since scratch is not about fame.

I'd recommend standing out from the crowd, also, I don't think very many people want to play the same projects so it's important to have some variety.

There is something important to remember though, and that is Scratch isn't really about popularity, The amount of followers someone has is kind of an arbitrary number in my opinion, so if you're having fun with what you're doing, feel free to continue doing so.

A very good way of making followers: Someone can teach you how to code and you can make your own projects!

make sure to interact with your followers - if someone comments on your project or your profile, reply to them and try and start a conversation. you could also start following and interacting with other people, or advertise your stuff in your signature (if you use the forums), in show and tell, i’m add everything studios or anywhere else where advertising is permitted.

It reduces children's interest in other real areas of life and distracts them from education. Which is a key thing why fame is bad for children. Which is a good example to put in the scenario.

Why did you decide to follow them? Did they make good projects? Help you in some way? Something else?
It's likely the same opinions are shared by other users too, so to gain followers, you just have to satisfy one or more of those reasons people follow.

It appears mostly in forums
He has relatively great projects, that's why he has almost 2000 followers
