I saw a cooking camp NOT made by st. What is it?

My guess is that it's a user-created studio encouraging people to participate in its online cooking “camp”. It's likely not an actual camp; anyone can create these organizations on this website, not only the ST. But I suppose these camps aren't endorsed by Scratch, unlike others.
