can’t hear any sound in scratch on my iPad, and refresh dosen’t work! what to do?

Is your ringer on? Should be either on the side of the iPad or in the control center.

I'm sure you have tried this already but is the volume on your iPad down? If not I would guess that it is a glitch and therefor should be reported as one.

Turn off silent mode in the control center if it's on (you can swipe down from where the internet icon is.
If silent mode is not a control there, you can include it by going to settings.
And does this happen on every project with sound? If it's just one singular project, check if the volume reporters in the sprites playing the sounds are more than 0.

probably check if the sound is muted and go inside the project and make the sound 100%
