In Scratch, there are tons of hurtful messages. But I saw that when I messaged, it said was mean. Please, Scratch team, update Scratch. The word detector is not working. Please help.

What did you say that triggered the filter?

Uhm, I think you mean the filter. This doesn't have to do with any major “update”.
And what was the full thing? Also, silently report instead of feeding them.

Unfortunately, the filter is not advanced enough to catch all the mean comments. Report any you see without responding.

the filter can't catch everything and sometimes it misinterprets things, or sometimes even gets hit with the ‘bit challenging’ issue.
just report the bad comments and the moderation team will get things taken care of (it might take a while, but they will get around to it), and you can report issues with the filter not letting you post things that are actually appropiate on this forum topic to help the scratch team figure out what's wrong with the filter
