While I use Flickr (over 10K photos on my feed), I don't think this is a good idea, since there are a lot of inappropriate images on Flickr. The way the image host restriction works now is a simple regex, while validating the safety level would require making an API call, significantly increasing the complexity for a relatively small piece of the forums.

Although images can currently be uploaded to cu*******ad (a not well-moderated site), Flickr integration would not be a significant benefit, and would pose much more work for the Scratch Team.

I honestly had found bad images on Flickr so I won't really support because someone can easily search a bad thing and upload it to scratch.

Flickr images are rated with safety levels, and you can set your view to only allow safe images on Flickr itself. However for embedding images there isn't a way to do a simple regex filter for safe images, you'd have to make an API call to check the image safety level, which would significantly increase the complexity of the image host restriction.I honestly had found bad images on Flickr so I won't really support because someone can easily search a bad thing and upload it to scratch. And is there a school friendly edition

so… about how muchOne API call for every Flickr image posted
On a somewhat large forum, these calls would add up quickly

More un-support for that reason there-Flickr images are rated with safety levels, and you can set your view to only allow safe images on Flickr itself.
