Idk when i select all manually i don't get this

There is no large rectangle, I've had this happen to me before, I'm not sure why it happens but it can be easily removed by pressing Ctrl+A (Command+A if you have way too much money are a mac user), deselecting everything but that random invisible object, and then pressing delete.
