No support. There’s no point in pouring your energy to a bot which won’t do something. Contact us already takes pretty long. But contacting a robot won’t help you.

GPT-4 understands context far more fluently, but two things:

1) API access is heavily locked down
2) I like to pretend it doesn't even exist

A chatbot would take a lot of time/money to be useful. And the Scratch Team doesn't have that.
