Okay, so I am pretty sure that I can but how can I specify who I share my projects with rather than having everyone or no one view them? Thanks!

You can't. The best available option is to unshare the project and embed it on your own website, and hope that only people you want see it.

I wish it was possible for like collabs and stuff like that. Or if you want like “beta testers” for like an OS you are making.
My specs: Windows 8.1.2 - 3 GB RAM - Intel Core2 Quad - IE11
