OK! Maybe if we add a checkbox that we are 13-16 (not 18 because Scratch may warn you), and use cloud vars to hook up Python with TensorFlow/1/ and ScratchConnect/2//ScratchAttach/3/? Why i added the checkbox is some requests might be unrelated, and it won't even be like GPT generating like those hacking movies that you watched, it will just give you instantly! Also we need short sessions because the TensorFlow/1/'s GPT cannot remember what was in the conversation!

ScratchConnect /2/ - Python Library made by @Sid72020123 to use Scratch social actions, such as changing a variable.
ScratchAttach /3/ - Python Library similar to ScratchConnect, made by @TimMcCool.
