TERMS OF SERVICE:

Be kind and nice, so far I am the only person running this shop and I may not be able to do that much.
I'm sorry, but I don't do art. I'll happily edit photos for you but no original design. Sorry!
I reserve the right to refuse any requests and I will likely give a reason for declining.
Write “Go Sox Go!” in the form. (If you don't like the Red Sox, then just say it.)
If you want to be an employee, there is no form. List things your good at and then “yeehaw” in your post so I know you read this.

Personally, I want the most simple form possible, so here you go!

Hello! I would like for you to make a (what you need!) for me. I have read the Terms of Service and the code phrase is (PHRASE! READ THE TOS TO FIND IT OUT!) I would like it done by (At least a week for music files and at least 2 weeks for anything else! Anything where you need to chat with me will be immediate if it is within 8AM to 9PM eastern time.)
