A Function to make sure users read the Stickies
This seems kind of cheesy and ridiculous-sounding to me. This would definitely cut down on spam but idk. Also, as other people have pointed out, stickies are dynamic and many of them aren't really supposed to be read entirely by newcomers. I think I recall that one of my threads got stickied just because it was a bug that was considered high priority.

Wouldn't this be easily bypassed by opening the sticky in another tab and then takin the quiz on the first and using the second as a type of cheat sheet?
Semi-Support because its kind of the users fault if they don't read the stickies. More posts for everyone to remind those to read the stickies

I accidentally made a dupe of this, but support, this would make the forums a bit nicer.

Well, this might work but:
1. It's complicated. New scratchers usually cause problems, and won't understand why they're being tested, or what to answer.
2. Scratch is for 8-16 year olds. While 10+ children might do it, presenting a eight year old with a test is just a bad idea.
3. There are often 6-8 stickied topics. Most have very long posts. Even for me that'd be hard, so don't even think about it for little kids.
4. Scratch wants to be inviting to everyone. Quizzing people to (maybe) get valuable advice is not the way to go.
