One problem is, when I make a studio, I don't usually invite and make manager whoever I feel like is the most responsible out of the already responsible managers. Though it could be just me, since most of my studios are a huge joke.

This wouldn't be a problem if you could turn if off or select a custom user

I feel like scratch would have to make decisions by themselves, if they are inappropriate, then it would be deleted.

Cons: it could transfer the host status to someone who would abuse that status.

I totally aggre with you it makes since because a host can choose this it gives more freedom to the host which will appeal to lots of audiences

Because studios have become dead because the studio host's account were deleted, it's a problem. That's why.
