idk if you realized this but your shop has no workers because you have to be a New Scratcher to apply, Most New Scratchers aren't in this branch of the forum, and wouldn't be too experienced in vector art anyways.

No, Normal scratchers can join the PFPs are designed for new scratchers but normal scratchers can join and order
