This suggestion is suggesting to have a option for the contact us messages to go to your messages box! There could be a link in your messages box that redirects you to a page with the conversation! The automated messages would appear there too. (See Mockup B) This would be useful for people who don't want to give out their emails, but still want to contact the Scratch Team. It would also be useful if your email like mine is cluttered or you don't check it much. It also helps if you use your parents email for Scratch because you don’t have your own. If the checkbox is selected, the user won't need to enter a email.

Also, this will not change the time messages will be responded to.

If the user is banned, the link to the page where you can reply and see replies from the Scratch Team will be on the ban page, or it would be unavailable for banned users.
