Do you have to be a certain age or older to make a scratch account.

Can you say that you were born in 2020 (I was born in 2009, not 2020.) and actually be able to make a scratch account or would you be blocked and be said you are too young.

Well, the max right now seems to be 1901 (the 1900 option does not work).
I don't think there's a min though, besides the fact that you can't select anything after the current time.
When you have 1900, it shows this:

you can set your age to anything, no matter how high (or low)

the birth date set in your account is only used as identification if you are deleting the account (which you usually wont do)

I’m pretty sure that wouldn’t be a problem to anyone since I’m pretty sure most people born in 1900 aren’t alive anymore and apparently never used scratch.

The oldest person currently alive was born in 1907, so that isn't a problem.
I tried to create an account and say that I was born February 2023, and it let me.

no, it's recommended for 8 to 16 year olds but there's no age limit

Well, it works with 1901 and for some reason 1900 is the oldest option available but it does what I showed above.. And that's why I said “besides the fact that you can't select anything after the current time”.
