Is This Scratch 1.4?

https://GitHub.com/scratchfoundation/Scratch_1.4
It looks like it to me, but it isn’t under LLK, which i remember 1.4 being under. If it isn’t the legit source code, than was ti removed from LLK?

The last commit to that repository was made by thisandagain, who is known to be a former Scratch developer. There's also other old Scratch sources like scratch-html5 and scratch-flash. Maybe scratchfoundation is supposed to be an organization for the repositories before Scratch 3.0?

Basically I think it's supposed to be legit Scratch
If the source code was taken from LLK because the repo was later deleted, then the README would say something like
NOTE: This is a mirror of the now deleted Scratch 1.4 source code

At least judging by the file structure (with the .image and .changes files) that does appear to be the Scratch 1.4 source.

A comment reply from a dev basically says that the Scratch repos were all supposed to be moved into the scratchfoundation GitHub organization, and then COVID happened and the process got interrupted by other things (probably like the huge influx of users that joined).
