How was this apple drawn??
I was planning to make some tweaks to the standard apple sprite, so I broke it apart to see how it was constructed.

When I looked deeper, I saw that the outline of this shape seems to be a hollow vector.

How was this drawn? It's one shape, but it has two sets of nodes forming two lines. The middle shape is effectively a mask, which is giving the larger shape a transparent hole. You can drag this mask out to form this:

How can you draw a shape like this given the Scratch tools? Was this done in a different package and imported?

How was this apple drawn??
One way to do this is to create the required figure and then erasing the inside of it using Eraser tool.

I have been using Scratch for YEARS and have never noticed this tool. Amazing!

that is because they probably used the eraser tool to make something like that.
