Different Stage Sizes

Right now, all Scratch projects have a 4:3 ratio for their stage size. This weird, almost square sizing is very uncommon in other platforms, making it difficult or annoying to import things without leaving extra space. Full screen mode can also only go so large because of this. So, I think it would be nice to allow Scratchers to pick from some pre-determined project sizes.

These sizes could include popular things like the standard phone and computer display sizes (9:16 and 16:9, respectively), in addition to the original 4:3 ratio. Even a small amount to choose from would be nice. These could be chosen in a simple menu when a new project is created, with 4:3 potentially being marked as ‘recommended’ or something like that to be less overwhelming. Even a small library to choose from is better than nothing!

Yes, 9:12 and 12:9 are just the same thing rotated 90 degrees, but it's still useful to have both.
