You can view if accounts have ever existed by going to their follower page.

I bet there are a ton of deleted ones (1444 are possible) that you can find by going through every combination of letters, numbers, and symbols, but I don't feel like doing that and you'd only like the ones that actually exist.

There are 26 letters, plus 10 numbers, plus two extra symbols, so that would be 34 characters, making 1156 possible combinations.

Yeah, after I was already in the “T”'s I realized I forgot to search for ones with numbers in them and given the small amount of two-letter accounts that were actually taken I just assumed there were none with numbers in them.
