This happened to many of my alt accounts, all of them have been banned expect for this one (which is my main) It took about 3 months for the process to go through, This won't apply to everyone and if you get that message it's highly unlikely you'll get unbanned. (Unless you do something mischievous and use a vpn to change your IP) Don't do that btw

Highly unlikely. It was YOUR decisions that (theoretically) got you there. Besides by the time you “mature” you probably won't want to use scratch anymore as it'll probably be a waste of time for you.

I know someone whose appeal was denied then the appeal got accepted after sending another appeal

Most of the time if ban appeals are accepted, you can’t have alts.
