Make ban messages Scratch 3.0

I heard that ban messages are still Scratch 2.0. Please make them 3.0.

Uh, I don’t get it. It wouldn’t make sense to show a bunch of user pfps when you get banned.

You cannot ban evade (use new accounts to get over a ban)
