I'm pretty certain no version of Scratch ever officially supported Mac OS 9, but all you have to do is run the Squeak image with an appropriate Squeak VM. I was meaning to post a screenshot for a few weeks, but the laptop it's on is out of action for now, so in the meantime -snip-
