Does anyone here know of any good scratchers whose tutorials i can use for platformers? I know about @griffpatch and @Zinnea, but anyone other than them? Zinnea doesn't seem to have any of the tutorials.. If anyone has a project where i can learn, pls let me know

Why don't you use their tutorials? Heck, why not just use a platformer engine? You will credit them in the end.
