I think that scratch should make it so if your language is set to English and your country is the United States of America then the words color and favorite should be spelt that way.
If you have English enabled and you aren't from the U.S.A. then is should be spelt with a “u”.

Vanilla Scratch:

<touching colour [#413108] ?::sensing>
<colour [#4f4739] is touching [#f2d051] ?::sensing>
set pen colour to ( ::#ba8cdb)::pen

change pen [colour v] by ()::pen

set pen [colour v] to ()::pen

set [colour v] effect to (0)

change [colour v] effect by (25)

Scratch Lab:

set text color to ( ​ ​ ​::#6bcdac):: #0fbd8c

I'm pretty sure anybody outside of America would know what the words mean anyway.

I'll support, primarily because this has zero negative effect, but this would definitely be at the bottom of Scratch's priorities right now.
