can somebody give and idea about how the neural network will learn?

it will have hidden lairs and main lairs the first nurons will already have a nueron in its brain and know simple stuff (such as movng) we must supply the clones with abilities that they have but dont know they have and they must learn about it and me must make it learn to stay way from the eneymies that already know how to hunt them down when i made a neural network one of the clones learned that glitching can get them to their task
