They're referring to recreating an 18+ rated video game with extremely heavy themes of stalking/{censored topic so ST doesn't nuke me}.

While most of the time, Scratch would probably be fine with content related to M-rated video games as long as the related content is G-rated, I'd say that for this game, don't even freaking TRY- the nature of it is extremely inappropriate for this website and could possibly be extremely triggering.
