I don't see anything wrong with it. It's just a bunch of hot wheels cars and some minifigs. You can use it.

Oh… WW1 in a mild way is not too bad (I looked it up and It's not NFE'd because there are mild ways on how they described it)
Also explaining ww1 with minifigs and cars is ok as long as there is no blood and not too much violence.
