My favourite (ranked by enjoyment) boss fights from games I have played:

The Twins from Terraria
The Octomaw from the first Splatoon game
Wormwood and Gurdy from TBoIR
Pepperman and (spoiler for those who play it: Fake Peppino) from Pizza Tower
Little Horn and C.H.A.D from Super Meat Boy
The Brothers Gnomus Boss Hunt from PVZGW2

I think the easiest boss in any game I ever played is Mushroom Monstrosity from MCD. This boss is really a joke, as even though it’s one of the bosses with the most HP, with good items you just stand in place and hold one button.

I would say the Sans Boss Fight from the Genocide run of UNDERTALE is one of the hardest boss fights ever.

It isn't really a boss fight (more like a test of nerve reactions), but yes, it's really hard.

Ima be real, Portal 2's final boss was gut wrenching for me. Just aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! It does not need to make me feel awful, yet it does! Also, the last boss from Darksiders 1 took me nearly 3 months to beat.

I really like the bosses in Splatoon 3, especially Mr. Grizz. He has mechanics from other bosses, such as the Octotorpedoes from the original Octavio boss and the Octo Shower Supreme. Also the fact that you ride Ocavio's vehicle is just plain cool.
