Undertale Battle Engine (D-Engine Month, released Deltarune X Undertale as Beta )

Undertale Text Engine V2.5 has been released

Hi everyone, I am yet again releasing a newly updated version of Undertale Text engine, with a very interesting feature.
I improved several of the scripts, tweaking some settings and lowering the block-count.

Small changes:

-Rainbow effect has a higher saturation
-Changed the engine speed
-Added proper wait event for both and
-The way voices work (changed script)

New feature
-Instant update — An option to instantly update text

Dialogue Options
A major feature, honestly I've never seen any text engine supporting such a feature, so I decided to add it in.
Features: two choices, texts can have effects, and up to two small short rows.
This feature also works with the Faces option.

It uses a separate block called cb.option, all you have to do is add this special block above an ongoing dialogue chain.

Examples




I am planning to re-code the root system for the text-engine, the current one is fine, but I am not fully satisfied with it. Version 3 will feature such change along with full working shop GUI, however this may not go public until the Battle Engine itself is completed.
